Theset includes two Boflex dumbbells with selectable weights from 4.5 to 40 kg. The patented locking mechanism ensures safe training and easy handling. The weight itself can only be adjusted when the dumbbells are placed in the base stand, which is of course included. All weight plates are coated with a thermoplastic material that protects your floor from scratches that could occur during exercise. This protection also minimizes the noise that normally occurs when the dumbbells come into contact with other materials in the room.
