The trapeze bar from the manufacturer Tuff Stuff is marked CCD-347. This structure allows for overhead pressing, knee raises, triceps push-ups and push-ups. By removing the back support, this can be made into an inclined bench for sit-ups. This is an ideal structure for the home gym in case you go the route of exercising with your own body weight. The design is of course very stable and therefore safe for your workout.
