PROIRON 's adjustable expander encapsulated in a translucent protective cover. The use of high quality material prevents breakage and deformation of the cable. The 5 differently coloured 160 cm long booster ropes offer different loads that can be freely combined according to your preferences to achieve a more challenging workout. Exercise with the expander nand helps to strengthen the muscles of the shoulders, arms, chest, abdomen and back. Thanks to the ankle straps, you can also do leg training.
