Exercises

- Chest press with full range of motion, the angle of which can be adjusted pneumatically for all body types; the angle can be adjusted using the special design of this machine

- When sitting backwards (against the machine), the back support serves as a chest support and can perform deltoid muscle exercises - chest support pull-ups

- The machine is equipped with with a central pulley (it is brought out above the back support) - using this pulley, abdominal muscles can be strengthened - lunges, pullover exercises behind the head and triceps

- Peck deck can be exercised using ingeniously shaped levers, brought out from the base of the machine, The "palm grip" design allows for a flawless exercise of the pectoral muscles

- The upper pulley for many upper body strengthening exercises (chest, back) is equipped with a hinge - allowing for a better execution of the exercise. Further exercises can be performed on this position: triceps pull-ups with short pulley, one-handed triceps pull-ups with one-handed grip (included)
